How to become an Official

Join the KHSAA	All officials must be licensed by the KHSAA to work high school football games. The link to the KHSAA will provide contacts for registering with the state. You must register, pay the annual license fee, and take a written test. The test is open book that you take after reading the rule books provided by the KHSAA.
Join the NKOA	All officials in the state must be registered with a local association for training and scheduling purposes. Register here with the NKOA and receive information. Fees must be paid in addition to the KHSAA fee.
	NKOA Membership for 1st year offical = $25
